Where Meta accounts get stuck

Your best ad is tiring, and nothing new beats it

CPA creeps up week by week. Old winners get relaunched because the new ads never take spend.

Every new ad is a version of the last one

New colours, new captions, same idea. Meta now leans on the ad itself to find buyers, so ten versions of one idea keep reaching the same people.

Creative✕Media buying

The people making the ads never see the numbers

Creative sits in one team and buying in another. What the account learns this week never makes it into next week's brief.

Creative and media buying under one roof.

The people writing your ads work from the same account data as the people spending on them, so what the spend teaches us goes straight into the next round of ads. Prefer to keep your buyer or agency? We'll work alongside them.

Creative

The ads, from the first angle to the finished concept.

  • Research and an angle map for your account
  • Video concepts in the formats winning now, from UGC to native long-form
  • Static concepts, headlines and copy
  • Hooks tested in batches, so every idea gets several shots
  • Follow-ups on every winner
One team, one set of numbers

Media buying

The spend behind the ads, run by the same team.

  • Account structure built for creative testing
  • Daily budget and scaling calls
  • A testing cadence matched to your spend
  • Weekly reporting by angle and concept
  • Winners moved into scale the week they prove out

We know why winning ads win, and how to make the next one

Every winner we've made started the same way: knowing exactly who buys, why they buy and what still holds them back. Then we build the ad on a structure that's already proven to sell.

The buyers your ads are missing

Most accounts keep talking to the same customer. We find the underleveraged ones, people with a strong reason to buy that nobody is speaking to yet, and write to them in their own language.

Research that finds the real reason to buy

We go through your reviews, Reddit threads, comment sections and the competitor ads that have run for months, until we know what makes someone buy your product and what's still stopping them.

Frameworks that have already sold

Hook and story structures with a track record across the brands we've scaled, adapted to your product. Nothing gets built from a blank page.

A format people stop for

Formats move fast. Singing ads and drama series are winning right now, and we keep the account on what's working this month.

Then we do it again: new research, new angles, the right formats, a weekly read of the numbers. That loop is how one winner turns into a steady supply of them.

Founder-led and focused.

Palma is led by Aviv Krihely, who has spent nine years writing and buying direct-response ads on Meta and native. Every account gets a senior, focused team that works to the standards of the person who built the system, with no layers between the work and the numbers.

Founder-led strategy

Every account runs on the playbook Aviv built, and he stays close to the strategy behind it.

Senior and focused

The people on your account are the ones doing the work, so nothing gets lost in hand-offs.

Fast by design

No layers to clear and no committee to convince, so a new angle gets from idea to test without waiting on approvals.

Judged on performance

Every brand gets the time its account actually needs. We read it the way you do, and if something isn't working you hear it from us first.

Your first 30 days

No long onboarding. New ads go live in the first week, and by day 30 the testing loop is running at full speed.

Day 1

Kickoff

Ads Manager access, your offers and landing pages, and the target CPA we'll judge everything against.

Week 1

Research and first concepts

Account audit, customer and competitor research, an angle map, and the first concepts out the door.

Weeks 2 and 3

Test, cut, double down

New concepts every week. Losers get cut fast, early winners get new hooks and new formats.

Week 4

Scale what's working

Winners get budget, the next round of angles goes into testing, and you get a read of the month with the plan for the next one.

Who does Palma work with?

DTC health, wellness and beauty brands with proven product-market fit that are ready to scale. The product already sells, and the account needs a steady supply of winning ads to grow. That's where we do our best work.

Can we hire Palma for creative only?

Yes. Many brands with an in-house buyer or a media agency hire Palma for creative only. In a full-service engagement we also run your media buying, tracking and strategy, with one integrated team working from the same account data.

How much does it cost to work with Palma?

Engagements start at $5k a month. Once your account spends more than $100k a month, the fee becomes 5% of ad spend, and the rate steps down in brackets as you scale, to as low as 2%.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. We work month to month with no long-term lock-in. You stay as long as the results are there.

How is Palma's creative different?

A winning ad needs several things to land at once, and most creative teams are only strong at one or two of them. We bring them together: research into your buyers and competitors, frameworks and formats that have already proven themselves across the brands we've scaled, and direct-response copy from writers who've spent years selling to cold traffic.

The copy is where most ads fall short. Ours talks the way your customer talks and gives them a reason to buy now. And because Meta uses the ad itself to decide who sees it, every concept goes after a new angle or a new buyer, so the account keeps reaching new people.

How do you measure success?

By the numbers you run the business on: cost per new customer, how much you can spend at your target, and how much of that spend runs on our ads. We agree the targets on day one and judge every concept against them.
